1. Controller

YT AI Your Travel AI is responsible for the personal data processed on this website and inside the YT AI platform. Contact: support@yt-ai.app (see imprint). For the order process, payment and invoicing, Digistore24 Inc. (360 Central Avenue, Suite 800, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, United States) acts as controller under its own privacy policy.

2. Data we process

  • Quiz answers on this page: processed in your browser only to display a preview. We do not require an account and do not sell this data.
  • Order data: name, email, billing country and payment data are collected by Digistore24 on the order form. We receive your name and email in order to deliver access.
  • Account data: email, password (hashed), trips and preferences you create inside the platform.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information in server logs, for security and abuse prevention.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to perform the contract (delivering and operating the product), to comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax), and on the basis of legitimate interest (security, service improvement). Marketing emails are only sent with your consent and can be unsubscribed at any time.

4. Sharing and processors

Data is shared only with processors necessary to run the service: Digistore24 (payment, invoicing, buyer protection), our hosting/infrastructure provider, our email delivery provider and the AI provider used to generate itineraries. No personal data is sold or rented to third parties.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Order and invoice data is kept by Digistore24 for the statutory retention period. Server logs are deleted or anonymized within 90 days.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@yt-ai.app we answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Cookies

This sales page uses only technically necessary storage. No advertising cookies are set without consent. The Digistore24 order form may set its own cookies as described in its privacy policy.
