1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the purchase and use of YT AI (Your Travel AI), a digital artificial-intelligence platform for travel planning, offered by YT AI Your Travel AI (“we”, “vendor”). Orders are processed by our authorized reseller Digistore24 Inc. (360 Central Avenue, Suite 800, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, United States), which is the contractual seller of record and issues the invoice. The Digistore24 terms and privacy policy apply additionally to the order process.

2. Product description

YT AI is browser-based software plus digital guides. It generates personalized travel itineraries, suggests flight routes and accommodation areas, organizes budgets and provides offline maps, translation and safety information. YT AI is a planning and information tool only: it is not a travel agency, tour operator or booking platform, and it does not sell or issue flights, hotels, tours, transfers or insurance.

3. Price and payment

The price is $27, a one-time payment granting lifetime access. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The price displayed on our sales page is identical to the price registered for this product inside Digistore24. Accepted payment methods are those offered on the Digistore24 order form (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay). Payments are only accepted through the Digistore24 order form; we do not use any other checkout or payment provider.

4. Delivery

Delivery is 100% digital. After payment confirmation, access credentials and the login link are sent by email to the address provided at checkout and shown on the thank-you / download page, normally within 5 minutes. There is no physical shipping. If access is not received, contact support@yt-ai.app; we resend access within 24 hours.

5. Licence and permitted use

• You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for one user account.
• Sharing, reselling, publishing or redistributing the platform access or the digital bonus materials is not permitted.
• Automated scraping or bulk extraction of platform content is not permitted.
• Accounts used abusively may be suspended without refund beyond the guarantee period.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, third-party data outages or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions. Features may be improved, changed or replaced over time, provided the overall value of the product is maintained.

8. Limitation of liability

Itineraries, prices, availability and savings estimates are generated automatically from public and third-party data and may be inaccurate or outdated. You are responsible for verifying travel documents, visas, health requirements, opening hours and booking conditions before travelling. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence.
