Refund policy 60-day money-back guarantee

1. What is covered

Every purchase of YT AI (Your Travel AI), including all bonuses, is covered. If the product is not what you expected for any reason you can request a full refund of 100% of the amount paid within 60 days of the purchase date. No justification is required.

2. How to request a refund

• Option A email support@yt-ai.app with the subject “Refund” and include your Digistore24 order number and the email used at checkout.
• Option B request the refund directly through Digistore24 support, which processes the payment and the refund.

Refunds are approved within 48 hours of the request. The money is returned by Digistore24 Inc. to the original payment method; depending on your bank or PayPal it may take a few additional business days to appear.

3. After a refund

Once the refund is processed, access to the YT AI platform, the bonuses and the VIP community is deactivated, and any licence to use the digital materials ends.

4. Digital product / right of withdrawal

YT AI is a digital product delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Our voluntary 60-day guarantee applies in addition to (and is more generous than) any statutory right of withdrawal you may have. Consumers in the EU/EEA may also exercise their statutory withdrawal right through Digistore24 Inc. under the Digistore24 terms.
